TMC leader Derek O' Brien said that the Congress is responsible for the ruckus over the Lokpal Bill in the Rajya Sabha. He said that the Government could have handled the situation in a better way.
"The developments are sad, sad, sad...it was an orchestrated chaos," O' Brien said.
When asked if his party was aware what is going to happen in the House, the TMC MP said, "He didn't know that this kind of Cinderella story would have happened."
Defending his party, O' Brien said that the two amendments which TMC had put forth were submitted on Wednesday afternoon.
