KOTTAYAM: Home Minister Thiruvanchoor Radhakrishnan on Sunday said the government is planning to initiate measures to root out criminal gangs operating in the state.
The government has taken serious note of the activities of such gangs who are growing in numbers in the state, he told reporters after inaugurating a seminar on solar power organised by KSEB Engineers' Association.
In a modern society, the presence of such elements could not be justified in anymanner, he said.
