Ahmedabad: Another incident of gangrape has been reported from Amreli in Gujarat. A young girl in Gujarat's Amreli, allegedly abducted five years ago and repeatedly raped, found the courage to file a police complaint year ago, but was allegedly beaten up and sent to a women's home for daring to take on the influential men.
A former MLA's nephew along with three of his friends allegedly gangraped the girl repeatedly over a period of three and half years.
The girl, in her complaint, also said that she was sold many a times during those three and a half years. Three of the accused have been arrested but the prime accused has obtained a stay order.
