Sabarkantha: The Gujarat police have arrested a police constable for allegedly killing his wife and daughter, and then chopping their bodies into 21 pieces. The gruesome killings took place in Sabarkantha district of Gujarat.
Sources say the constable had married for the second time. When his second wife stopped the man from visiting his first wife, he killed her in a fit of rage. He then went and killed his daughter too and then chopped their bodies into several pieces.
The woman was 25 years old mother and her daughter was two and pieces of their bodies were thrown in a field by the accused. The crime was discovered after the owner of the plot went to investigate following a foul odour due to the decomposition of the bodies.
The police registered a case and are investigating it.
