Wembley:Not just in Gujarat, many Gujaratis settled abroad also seemed to approve of Modi's victory.
Majority Gujaratis in London have slowly woken up to the news that Modi is back in power.
Some Gujarati people in London felt that Modi has done good work in Gujarat and for the country. They also said that he is an honest administrator and however, it was not without reason that he swept a landslide victory.
One among the many Gujaratis remarked that though he was not very fond of BJP, however, he likes Modi.
Modi does not blow his trumpet without reason. The Gujarati community settled abroad seems to particularly like the political leader. Someone said that he supports Modi as he is a good leader. Following the praise tone, someone said that Modi has also encouraged Gujaratis to settle abroad, which benefits the Gujarati community.
Modi has been popular among Gujaratis living abroad. It is estimated that Gujaratis living in UK have invested close to a billion pound in Modi’s government. When he visited London in 2003, a red carpet was rolled out for him and it is likely to be repeated if he decides to visit again.
