New Delhi: A Haridwar fast-track court set an example for other Indian courts and gave a rape accused a 10-year sentence within 11 days of the court coming to court.
The convict has been also imposed a fine of Rs 10000. His accomplice, a minor is still being interrogated by the Haridwar police.
Based on the victim's complaint that was filed on August 2, 2012 and the doctor's reports the court gave its verdict.
