Heavy fog disrupts air traffic in Kolkata

Kolkata: Heavy fog was reported in Kolkata on Friday morning, affecting air traffic in the city.

No flights were able to take off or land till the early morning hours. However, flights have now started to run.

The maximum temperature in the city was five degrees below normal and Kolkata recorded one of the coldest days in five years.
