New Delhi: Heavy rains lashed Hyderabad and other parts of Andhra Pradesh in the 24 hours disrupting normal life on Tuesday.
Hyderabad recorded almost 32 mm of rain on Monday night.
Several coastal districts and some parts of the Telangana region have received heavy rainfall as well.

The state Meteorological Department said moderate to heavy rainfall is expected in the next 48 hours in the state.

South Central Railways has diverted or cancelled several inter-city trains due to tracks being submerged.
While the railways resumed a few train services on Tuesday morning, almost 10 trains have further been cancelled.
