Here's a look at what the BO booed

Mumbai: It looks like Gandhigiri may be still ruling the box office, as this week's new releases don't hold much promise at cinemas.

It seems that Mallika Sherawat has drawn in at least some moviegoers to watch Pyar Ke Side Effects on its first day at the box office. The Rahul Bose - Mallika Sherawat starrer brought in 60-70 per cent collections at multiplexes and 30-40 per cent at single screen theatres.

The other release of the week, Onir's Bas Ek Pal, a drama based on complex adult relationships does not seem to have caught the attention of the masses. Starring Juhi Chawla, Urmila Matondkar, Jimmy Shergill and Sanjay Suri, the film has only managed to garner 15-20 per cent collections at the box office on its first day.

And Ram Gopal Varma's Shiva, starring Mohit Ahlawat and Nisha Kothari, seems to have a secured a similar fate with 15-20 per cent collections at multiplexes having done marginally better at single screen theatres.

Meanwhile, last week's releases Naksha and Dil Diya Hai, have only managed to rake in a poor 20-25 per cent collections in their first week at cinemas.
