Chennai: How do you make a superhero out of a hero? Well, all you need is a computer, some software skills and a way with colours. This is what special effects or visual effects in films is all about.
It includes processes like matting, rendering, colour correction, animation to create an animated wonder.
Special effects artists and Director Oysterr Studios, A.Venkatakrishnan says, "I was a painter, then I was a photographer. Then I started working in an advertisement, then slowly started working on visual effects shots. now I do feature films and commercials,” he says.
