New Delhi: With India seeking his deportation from Pakistan in the aftermath of Mumbai blasts, Hizbul Mujahideen Chief Syed Salahuddin has said nobody could hand him over to India.
At the same time, he asked Pakistan to provide "substantial support" to make militancy in Jammu and Kashmir "meaningful".
"I have full faith that nobody can take a U-turn on Kashmir. Nobody can hand me over to India," he said in an interview to Pakistani weekly The Friday Times when asked about the possibility of Musharraf regime taking a U-turn on Kashmir.
"Pakistan should provide Kashmiris substantial support," he said without spelling out the help he wants.
Salahuddin said "the entire world knows what substantial support is. It does not require an explaination. It should be in addition to diplomatic, political and moral support -- to make this movement meaningful."
