New Delhi: Hockey Bhopal (HB), which has been admitted as a new associate member of Hockey India (HI), will now take part in all national championships under the latter.
It will make its debut in the HI national championship for senior men in Bangalore from September 24.
"We are happy to induct HB in our fold and are delighted that 1968 Olympic Games bronze medal winning player Inam-ur-Rahman is its president and 1984 Olympian S Jalaluddin Rizvi its secretary-general," said HI secretary-general Narinder Batra.
