Mumbai: From tickling your funny bone to promising plenty of action, there is lots on offer from Hollywood this summer. Here's a look at some of the major international summer releases, which are all set to heat things up.
Hollywood is all set to tickle your funny bone this summer, while Mike Myers dons the saffron and plays The Love Guru from India, Adam Sandler picks up his scissors and his sense of humour with You don't mess with the Zohan in which he plays a hairdresser and has singer Mariah Carey for company.
Hollywood also has action in store for movie buffs, so while bond fans will have to wait till winter for the Quantum of Solace, they can settle with Steve Carrell as a bungling secret agent in Get Smart that promises a healthy dose of action and comedy.
Meanwhile, 27-years-after his first raid, now 65-year-old Harrison Ford returns as Indiana Jones in Steven Speilberg's Indiana Jones & the Kingdom of Crystal Skull which clearly is the biggie of the season.
Batman returns, this time as The Dark Knight Christian Bale dons the bat-suit and the late Heath Ledger plays the Joker.
It seems to be a summer of superheroes so while Robert Downey Jr brings Iron Man to life in it’s comic book adaptation, Will Smith too plays a superhero trying to save his own image from getting tarnished in his eagerly awaited flick Hancock.
Also Chronicles of Narnia continue in Chronicles of Narnia: Prince Caspian — the sequel to the original, starring Liam Neeson.
And last but not the least, Sarah Jessica Parker and her gang of girls hit the big screen with their runaway hit-tele-serial Sex and the City and their whole new set of steaming hot problems.
