Gurgaon: Police have arrested the owner of the house in which the parents of four-year-old Mahi, who died after falling into an open borewell last month, were staying as tenants.
Rohtash Tayal, nabbed on Saturday by the Gurgaon police, is the third person to be arrested in the case. Police had earlier arrested Himmat and Satbir who had dug out another borewell, adjacent to the one in which Mahi fell.
Tayal was on Sunday produced in the court of judge Sachin Yadav, who remanded him in 14-day judicial custody.

During interrogation, Tayal has named contractor Satish Kumar, they said, adding that the Bhiwani native is yet to be arrested.
Mahi, who fell into the 70-feet-deep borewell on June 21, was pulled out dead after a four-day ordeal.
