New Delhi: While Swine flu cases are on the rise the world over, people have begun evolving their own ways to keep the bug away.
One of them is to avoid social mannerisms that enhance transfer of the bug from the carrier to the new recipient.
Many people have already begun saying no to hugs and kisses. No Hi-fives, say some categorically.
A 'namaste' and a distant 'Hi' has begun to replace meeting with a hug and a peck on the cheek.
For those who could not avoid a hug or a handshake, there is always the washroom to go rinse the germs away and sanitise the body part that may have caught the bug.
Experts suggest that if you must go to the airport to pick up your long-lost friend on his way back from Texas or the UK or Germany, try to save the hugs for after a scrub down!
