New Delhi: After alleged cash distribution by Samajwadi Party chief Mulayam Singh during Holi festivities, another SP candidate faces similar allegations.

Samajwadi Party’s West Bengal state unit president Vijay Upadhyay who is a candidate from Howrah was allegedly caught on camera distributing cash prizes of Rupees 5000.

Upadhyay was reportedly distributing cash to meritorious madrassa students. The function was held in Kolkata on Monday morning.
