New Delhi: Huawei launched two new Android smartphones in India - Ascend G510 and Ascend Y300. Running on Android 4.1 JellyBean platform, with dual-core processors, both Ascend G510 & Y300 come with Huawei's new Emotion UI.
Housed in a slim 9.9 mm slim design, the Ascend G510 has a 4.5-inch FWVGA display with 854 x 480 pixel resolution. It is powered by a 1.2GHz dual-core CPU and has a 1750mAh Li-Polymer battery. It has a 5 megapixelrear camera with LED Flashlight and a 0.3 megapixel front camera. Priced at Rs 10,990, the Huawei Ascend G510 offers connectivity and file sharing with Wi-Fi Direct, Bluetooth and DLNA.
Running on Android JellyBean operating system, the Ascend Y300 comes with a 1GHz dual-core processor, 4-inch WVGA LCD screen and a 1730mAh battery. Available for Rs 7,980, the Ascend Y300 features a 5 megapixel Auto-focus camera with 0.3 megapixel front camera. It has 512MB of RAM.
