Bangalore: A five-member special investigating team from Hyderabad was in Bangalore to conduct narco tests on two blast suspects.
Dr B M Mohan, Director Forensic Lab Bangalore, has said that narco tests were conducted on one of the suspects Syed Imran Khan while the test on the other suspect Rafique will be conducted tomorrow.
Sources told CNN-IBN that during the test, Imran Khan revealed vital information about the Hyderabad blast and other previous blasts in South India.
CNN-IBN correspondent Deepa Balakrishnan spoke to Dr B M Mohan for the details of the narco-analysis test:
Deepa Balakrishnan: What is the status of the investigation?
B M Mohan: We have conducted the narco-analysis test on Imran.
Deepa Balakrishnan: Is there anybody else the test will be conducted on?
B M Mohan: Yes we will conduct the test on one Rafique tomorrow.
Deepa Balakrishnan: What was the focus of the test?
B M Mohan: We cannot reveal that right now but we followed certain things we were supposed to focus on.
Deepa Balakrishnan: How long was the test?
B M Mohan: It took about two-three hours.
Deepa Balakrishnan: Whom will you give the CD of the test to?
B M Mohan: The final CD will be given to the Hyderabad police.
