Hyderabad: 2 children run over by car driven by a TV actress, 1 dead

Hyderabad: A child died and another got critically injured after being run over by a car which was being driven by a Telugu television actress while driving for a shoot in Hyderabad. The actress lost control and hit the children who were playing nearby.

The incident happened in Cyberabad. The five-year-old boy died right away. A case has been registered against the actress.

The police said that the film crew did not have permission to shoot in the area and the accused actress also does not possess a driver's licence. "Some people had gathered to watch the shoot. The actor lost control over the car and hit a road divider before hitting the victim who was watching the shoot," a police official said.
