Hyderabad: The delegates from around 190 countries, who will come to participate in the Bio-diversity Meet, will have a taste of state cuisine including the delicious Hyderabad Biryani on October 18 when the state government will host an official dinner.
Three official dinners by the central government will also be hosted for the delegates on October 1, 8 and 17. The officials have planned to come up with six types of cuisines including Asian, Indian and Chinese. Two caterers will be engaged for preparation of the food, while one will be deployed at the HICC and another at Hitex.
The registration is free to participate in the Conference of Parties on Biodiversity(COP)- 11, but the delegates have to pay for food, except the official dinners.
