Hyderabad cops release pics of bomber's 'friends'

Hyderabad: The city police have released photographs of two alleged suspects in the August 25 blasts.

The two men - Masilluddin (24) and Hussain (18) - are alleged to be associates of Rizwan Gazi, the Lumbini Park bomber.

Announcing this, ACP (Charminar Division) B Reddanna told reporters that the two are said to have stayed with Gazi at his house just before the blasts.

Both men are Bangladeshi immigrants and are believed to be still somewhere in Hyderabad.

Reddabba also said cash rewards would be given to anyone adding suitable reward would also be given to those who passed on information about Pakistani and Bangladeshi nationals who were "overstaying" in the city.

The police are also looking for a 12-year-old boy Irfan, brother of Ghazi, studying in one of the madarsas in the city here, he said.

While Masiluddin left the city after Mecca Masjid blast on May 18, Hussain, said to be relative of Ghazi, left the city after twin blasts on August 25, he said.

Meanwhile, Ghazi's sister Shahi Rafsanjani, who is now in police custody, is being interrogated. She was arrested last week in a raid for allegedly travelling without valid documents.
