Mumbai: Actor Shiney Ahuja, who was produced before a court on Thursday for allegedly raping his domestic help, said he was not in good health.
"I am not well but even then I came to the court," Ahuja said when asked by the court if he had anything to say.
The actor, who was dressed in a blue t-shirt and jeans, was silent through the hearing at a magistrate's court in suburban Andheri.
He was remanded to judicial custody by the court till July 16.
Shiney's wife Anupam was not present in the court, his father was there. He, however, refused to speak to the media persons.
