I don't like to talk about my private life: Konkona

Mumbai: Konkona Sen Sharma hasn't been in the news ever since her last release Aaja Nachle bombed.

CNN-IBN's Manisha Mahaldar chats with the actress on films, acting and lots more.

Manisha Mahaldar: You were doing interesting mix of movies this year, at heart what fascinates you more, commercial cinema or art house?

Konkona Sen: I don't really look at it like that as commercial cinema or art house cinema. There are lots of films that supposedly try to be arty and intellectual but are awful. Some of mainstream cinema is a lot of fun to watch

Manisha Mahaldar: Would we ever seen Konkona doing an out- and-out comedy film?

Konkona Sen: Good comedy I think can be really heartwrenching, like Charlie Chaplin. I have done a film called Sunglasses recently, Rituparno Ghosh's which is quite funny.

Manisha Mahaldar: Tell us about the much delayed Shantaram.

Konkona Sen: Shantaram as far as I know has been shelved as of now. I was just going to do a cameo for Mira. It was just a one day shoot and then I was told it has been shelved.

Manisha Mahaldar: We have heard that you and Ranbir have been engaged and you are soon going to get married?

Konkona Sen: I only talk about my films. I don't really like to talk about my private life.
