New Delhi: Chief of Air Staff-designate Air Marshal F H Major on Sunday said that the creation of the Aerospace Command will be one of the priorities when he takes over the IAF.
''Most certainly I will pursue it,'' he said in response to a question on whether his priorities as chief would include this project.
Air Marshal Major also asserted that the depleting force levels of the IAF were not ''matter of concern.''
Air Chiefs of 40 countries are in the Capital debating future trends in air power. Its part of 75th anniversary celebrations of the Indian Air Force.
Over the next two days chiefs, including Air Chief Marshal Tyagi, will debate various aspects relating to the use of air power in war and peace, technology, modernisation and the long-term trend towards greater reliance on unmanned aerial vehicles.
