Click to play videoMohali: An International Cricket Council (ICC) official has allegedly dishonoured the Indian flag in Mohali on Wednesday ahead of the high-voltage World Cup semi-final clash between India and Pakistan.
The official snatched Indian flag shaped balloons from a street vendor and then stomping over the flags to deflate them. After reporters, present near the Punjab Cricket Association Stadium, objected to it, she apologised.
But she also said that the flags had an ICC logo, which was a copyright infringement. The ICC has said that it would investigate the matter.
