Dehra Dun: A cadet of the Indian Military Academy was found dead in his room on Sunday, the institution’s 74th Raising Day.
Davendra Kumar, 23, was found hanging from a ceiling fan in his room. Kumar hailed from Kandaghat in Solan district of Himachal and was a member of the academy’s Siachen Batallion.
Kumar was inducted in July 2004 and was to be commissioned into the Army next year on completion of training.
