Pulkit Jawahar (24) has come to buy random books about laws of attraction and philosophy at a prominent bookstore in suburban Mumbai.
Balancing three large books Pulkit is holding up a camera phone to take pictures of Bollywood actor Imran Khan.
Imran is here to promote the latest edition of Hi! Blitz a glossy magazine that features him on the cover. Wearing a pair of comfortable jeans, Imran looks the kind who means what his t-shirt reads: The City is Mine.
The magazine cover has already tagged him as 'the next big Khan'. Indeed, Imran Khan has big shoes to fill. But the young actor appears unfazed.
Addressing the media, Imran Khan speaks about pretty much everything that has appeared about him in the papers lately.
He tells us, for instance, that Tarun Mansukhani has not approached him for a film with Ranbir Kapoor, yet. He also says that the issue about him 'editing' Katrina Kaif's role in Seven Days in Paris was 'blown out of proportion'.
And when media persons prod him to speak about his favourite actress Kareena Kapoor, he chuckles, "I know where this is going!"
Almost always ready with a prompt reply, Imran Khan comes across as your characteristic smart celeb who keeps the media entertained yet never once letting his guard down.
Behind the stage though, Imran is a different person.
