British actress Kate Winslet led the pack of People magazine's 10 best-dressed women of 2009, with US first lady Michelle Obama chosen for "best accessible glamour." Slumdog Millionaire actress Freida pinto made it to the list as the one to make 'Best Use of Colour'.
