New Delhi: It was like a deja vu. Just three months ago, thousands of anti-quota protestors had gathered at Delhi's Jantar Mantar to register their protests against the Government's proposal to bring in 27 per cent reservation for the OBCs. On Tuesday, they were in the line of fire, rather water, yet again.
