New Delhi: Across the border, former president of Pakistan Pervez Musharraf is echoing his government's line on a possible Pakistan involvement in the Mumbai terror attack.
Musharraf says there is no reason why Pakistan should be blamed for the attack.
He has asked India to stop its blame game and said that accusing ISI and Pakistan Army was totally baseless.
He said that since both were organisations and institutions of his country, to criticise them would affect the war on terror.
However, Musharraf also said in an interview: "This kind of violence has never happened during my time; I made my mind early on that I was going with America against terrorism. I have done anything in my power to block terrorists and fundamentalists. There is only one way to deal with terrorists—to fight them."
