New Delhi: The Indian Air Force's invitation - for applications from men and women who are willing to join the world's fourth largest air force as commissioned officers in the Flying, Technical and Ground Duty branches - has entered its last week. The candidates will have to go through the AFCAT test to held on August 26, 2012.
The online and offline applications will be open till July 9 which is the last date.
Those who want to apply online can do so at http://careerairforce.nic.in/auth/candidate/default.asp. Forms can be downloaded at http://careerairforce.nic.in/writereaddata/linkimages/Employment_News_%20Men-7888939271.pdf for men. Women candidates should use a separate form - http://careerairforce.nic.in/writereaddata/linkimages/Employment_News_%20Women-4438231857.pdf.

Men and women who are willing to join IAF have, till July 9, to apply for positions of commissioned officers.
The test will be held in 58 centres across the country. Candidates can also call the AFCAT Cell at 011-23010231 for any query between 9 am and 8 pm (Monday to Friday).
