New Delhi: The family of an Indian man who was reportedly killed in a Pakistani prison a few days ago that his body be brought back.
Chamel Singh was reportedly killed in the prison on January 15. He had been serving a 5 year sentence for allegedly crossing the border illegally and spying.
Singh's family hopes that they can perform the last rites soon. "It was clearly written in the newspapers what they did to my father. It was horrific, I am wondering how our troops must have been handled by them," said Singh's son.
"We want justice from the government. We want the government to send my father's body back so that we can perform his last rites," he added.
