New Delhi: The double-digit inflation shocker continues into its second consecutive week. Inflation for the week ending June 14 is at 11.42 per cent as against last week's 11.05 per cent.
Primary article prices are up 0.2 per cent while fuel, power and energy prices have risen 0.1 per cent.
Manufacturing sector prices are up 0.6 per cent.
Meanwhile, inflation figures for the week ending April 19 have been revised at 8.23 versus the earlier 7.57 per cent.
The rise has been mainly on account of higher prices of food items like tea, milk and cereals.
The other commodities, whose prices went up during the week were lubricants and manufactured items.
