TIRUPATI: Endowments minister C Ramachandraiah has said that all the information relating to temple lands across the state would be computerised and made available online in a week.
The minister, who landed at the Renigunta airport on Sunday before going to his native district on his maiden visit as minister, said people would be able to know about the lands of the temples in their respective areas once the information is available online.
He also said the government would soon appoint special committees at district- level to ensure transparency in selection of trust board members to temples across the state.
Answering to a query about the remarks made by Tridandi Chinna Jeeyar Swamy against the TTD, he said everyone has the right to express their views.
But, at the same time they should not bring pressure for implementing their suggestions.
Saying that there were divergent views on construction of Veyikalla Mandapam, he said the government will consider the suggestions and opinions of all sections.
