New Delhi: The United Nations Nuclear watchdog, International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), has said that Iran is still withholding information on its nuclear programme.
The IAEA report comes months after the agency reached an agreement with Iranian officials to clarify Tehran's past nuclear activities by the end of May.
According to the report, the agency believes Iran may have additional information on high explosives testing and missile-related activities which it hasn't shared.
Iran's envoy to the IAEA has denied the charge and says Iran would continue with uranium enrichment, but will not suspend cooperation with IAEA.
The report stated: The agency is of the view that Iran may have additional information, in particular on high explosives testing and missile-related activities which Iran should share with the agency.
An unnamed "senior UN official" in Vienna was quoted by Reuters news agency as saying: "We have not got substantive answers and we could have gotten those earlier. It's up to Iran [now]."
