New Delhi: Pakistan thinks that US has been unfair to it over a civil nuclear deal.

The foreign Minister of Pakistan, Khurshid Kasuri revealed on CNN IBN's world exclusive state of the nation poll that his country's plans to get around the problem.

“We have made an offer for nuclear parks, which of course we are not even interested in as far as the amount of fuel is concerned. It can be taken away,” says Kasuri.

It's a concession that Pakistan is willing to make, to have nuclear trade that it is deprived of, as a non-signatory of the non-proliferation treaty, like India.

But will America take the bait?

"I think in the long term Pakistan might be eligible for some kind of deal like this." patch with 07:34 to 07:48. I think that this is an issue the administration felt it couldn't tackle. It had to deal with India first. And by including Pakistan then you might have had to include Israel. And the Israelis are not apparently interested in such a deal. So I think politics more than anything else kept Pakistan out of this arrangement,” says senior fellow, Brookings Institution, Washington DC, Steven Cohen.

This is the clearest sign yet of the contours of a future US Pakistan nuclear deal. And for now experts say, Pakistan is making its arrangements with China.
