New Delhi: The first look of 'Murder 3' is startlingly similar to the poster of the horror comedy 'Jennifer's Body' starring Megan Fox and Amanda Seyfried. Both posters feature blood oozing from a pair of luscious red lips.
Directed by Vishesh Bhatt, the film stars Randeep Hooda, Aditi Rao Hydari and Mona Lizza in the lead roles. The poster suggests that it's going to be another high voltage love drama from the Bhatt camp.
The now-famous poster of 'Jennifer's Body', a 2009 film by Karyn Kusama has been copied earlier as well. 'True Blood', an American television series that featured vampires living among humans in Bon Temps, a fictional town in northwestern Louisiana, also had a similar poster with a hint of fangs peeking from half opened lips.

There have been earlier instances when filmmakers have been accused to have copied posters from Hollywood films.
'True Blood' is based on The Southern Vampire Mysteries of author Charlaine Harris. In 'Jennifer's Body', Fox plays a possessed cheerleader who kills off her male classmates.
There have been earlier instances when filmmakers have been accused to have copied posters from famous Hollywood or European films.
The 'Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara' poster was said to have been copied from 'Lords of Dogtown', 'RA.One' from 'Batman Begins', 'Kites' from 'The Notebook', 'An Education' from 'Anjaana Anjaani', 'Mausam' from 'The Titanic', 'Phoonk 2' from 'Chaser' and 'Heroine' from Mariah Carey's 'The Emancipation of Mimi' music album cover.
