CNN-IBN has won the best English news channel award for the third consecutive year.
Editor in chief Rajdeep Sardesai has bagged the best news anchor award.
CNN-IBN's show Weekend Edition with Rajdeep Sardesai has won the award for the best news show.
The other two shows - State of the Environment Poll and The Week that Wasn't - won the Best Talk Show and the Best Comedy show awards respectively.
CNN-IBN's sister channel CNBC has bagged the best business channel award.
And, Network 18's channel Colors has also won the honours in the entertainment category.
The child marriage saga Baalika Vadhu, Big Boss and The Fear Factor shows on Colors have grabbed top honours in their respective categories.
Avika the child protagonist in Baalika Vadhu has been adjudged Best Child Artist while Sadia Siddiqui has got the Best Supporting Actress award.
