New Delhi: Singer Sukhwinder Singh, whose song Jai Ho won an Oscar, has allegedly been cheated of Rs 12 crore.
Middlemen allegedly posing as his managers charged event organisers three to four times the price he normally quotes for stage shows.
There have also been instances where Sukhwinder has received only one third of the amount invested in shows by event organisers.
Sukhwider alleges he has been duped of about Rs 12 crore over the past 12 months.
According to sources, he will file a police complaint once he gathers enough evidence.
