New Delhi: American comedian Jay Leno donned a cream coloured 'sherwani', resplendent with delicate embroidery to welcome a Tata Nano car to his 17000-square-foot garage in southern California.

Leno even invited Bollywood dancers for the inauguration of the white Nano with the Indian tricolour displayed in the background and painted across the body of the car.

The host of 'The Tonight Show' has a weakness for electric and hybrid vehicles and has dozens of cars that include three vintage electric models from the 1900s.
