Srinagar: In a shocking incident in Jammu and Kashmir, the state Home Minister Sajjad Kitchloo has allegedly slapped a senior government officer, Riaz Ahmed, in Kishtwar. The incident happened just hours before Chief Minister Omar Abdullah's visit to the area.
Ahmed alleged he was slapped thrice by the minister. "When he slapped me for the third time, I asked him what was he doing. Then his people, security people and all started hitting me," Ahmed said.
"They would've killed me. Now I'm going to lodge an FIR," he added.
