b>New Delhi: A theatre screening Ashutosh Gowariker's Jodhaa Akbar has been vandalised in Ahmedabad.
Around 150 supporters of a Rajput organisation attacked Devi cinema at Naroda and broke the glass of the entry gate and tore up the film's posters.
Police chased away the protesters and arrested 25 of them.
Rajput organisations have been protesting against the movie, claiming it distorts history. On Saturday, a multiplex in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, too was stoned.
The makers of the film say it's wrong to take history lessons from their film.
Following the incident multiplexes in the city voluntarily stopped the screening of the film to avoid their properties being vandalised.
They will resume the screening from Monday.
