John Abraham shares his voting experience

John Abraham is giving voters who missed the elections a benefit of the doubt even with the low voter turn out in Mumbai. He also shares his voting experience.

Here is the transcript of the interview -

CNN-IBN: John Abraham is asking people to go and work out with a diet Pepsi in hand, very intriguing John?

John Abraham: Yes, very intriguing. What we have done here is very interesting, we have asked people to come and join on a mass workout and the number of calories they burn that much amount will go for a green cause.

CNN-IBN: You had very actively taken part in the whole election campaign urging people to come out and vote but the turnout was way less, what do you think went wrong?

John Abraham: I think it was a long weekend, so may be people were wrong and their priorities were right or maybe we were right and their priorities were wrong. But then I will give them the benefit of the doubt and hope you guys had a good holiday and all the best for the candidates you didn’t choose.

CNN-IBN: So how was your voting experience?

John Abraham: Oh it was great. I remember what LK Advani said that voting shouldn’t be a right it should be a duty, and I really believe it should be a duty.

CNN-IBN: We also heard about Kareena and you doing a Karan Johar film, of course the patch up is big news is there any truth to that?

John Abraham: Well Karan is a good friend of mine, but I haven’t heard of any such thing, nothing's been finalised yet.
