Click to play videoMumbai: Actor John Abraham has rejected allegations that his new film Dostana stereotypes homosexuals and ridicules gays.
“I have got friends who are gay and they have loved the film and enjoyed it. One of them said the film is superb. Everybody has enjoyed the film,” John told CNN-IBN in a short interview.
“People who have seen the film realise that it is not a gay film. It is a romantic comedy and completely non-offensive. It is a roller coaster fun film,” he said.
John and actor Abhishek Bachchan play friends in the film who pretend to be gays so that they can hire a flat.
