New Delhi: They qualify as the desi black-cat commandos and their mission is to ensure that the girls do not fall prey to eve-teasing.
An organisation, whose members call themselves the Kali Sena, have started a vigil around girls' institutions in Kanpur to "check eve-teasing".
As the name goes, members of the Kali Sena wear black outfits and sport black tilaks (marks on the forehead).
Many of the organisation's members were seen strolling down the Mall Road and the Canal Road in Kanpur on Saturday.
A senior police officer, while "appreciating" the move, said that if a law and order situation arose, the police would take action. The police added that the Kali Sena should take the help of women police.
