Kamal Haasan's 'Vishwaroopam' gets U-certificate from the censor board

Kamal Haasan's Tamil spy thriller 'Vishwaroopam' has been cleared by the Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC) with an U-certificate with minor cuts. Its Hindi version, titled 'Vishwaroop', has got an A-rating without any cuts.

Kamal has written, directed and co-produced the film and he also stars in it alongside Pooja Kumar, Andrea Jeremiah, Rahul Bose, Jaideep Ahlawat, Nassar, Zarina Wahab and Miles Anderson.

Both the versions were shot simultaneously.

Shankar, Eshaan and Loy have composed music for the film, while Sanu Verghese has handled the camera.

Its release is yet-to-be finalised.
