It is Bellamkonda Suresh versus Santosh Srinivas all the way. Movie world is a buzz now, discussing something controversial. The Kandireega director has complained to the Director’s Council that his producer Suresh beat him and even threatened him with severe consequences if he did not make suitable changes to the script of Kandireega-2. Another version goes that the director-producer duo have problems with remuneration issues too.
The Council is looking into the director's complaint. It is not clear whether the Council has taken cognizance of the death threat angle as been reported. The director has approached the Council, which has started the investigation process.
The film was announced officially and is all set to go on floors in June. However, with allegations flying thick in the air, the film is now in the news for wrong reasons. Since the rift between Suresh and Srinivas is out in the open, the same may put a snag in the progress of the sequel.
