New Delhi: Karan Johar's magnum opus, Kabhi Alvida Naa Kehna is now headed for a court room battle.
A film producer named Biswaroop Roy Choudhary has filed a petition in the Delhi High Court stating that he had taken the copyright to the title Kabhi Alvida Naa Kehna way before Karan Johar did.
The next date of hearing of the case is on August 21.
According to the Delhi High Court, if the allegations are proven true, then Karan Johar's film would have to be pulled off the theatres from August 21 till the final hearing on the case.
