New Delhi: Popular Kannada actor Rakshita tied the knot with well-known film director Prem in Bangalore on Friday.

The marriage, which was a gala affair, was attended by the who's who of the Kannada film industry, including mega stars like Vishnuvardhan, Shivaraj Kumar, Ravichandran and renowned film directors, including T S Nagabharana, Kavitha Lankesh and S Narayan.

The whole cast of the superhit Kannada film Jogi, directed by Prem, including Arundhati Nag were present at the wedding.

Late actor Rajkumar's family was also present at the occasion to bless the couple.

Besides Kannada movies, Rakshita has also acted in Telugu and Tamil films.
