Kapil Sibal inaugurates International Children's Fest '09

New Delhi: International Children's Festival of Performing Arts (ICFPA) celebrated its 10th anniversary of spreading peace and unity through the medium of performing arts at 1400 hrs IST on December 16, 2009 at the National Bal Bhavan, New Delhi. Human Resource Development Minister, Kapil Sibal raised the curtain at the opening ceremony of ICFPA, 2009. The three-day festival concluded on December 19, 2009.

The festival was hosted by Ryan Foundation, founded by Chairman Dr Augustine F Pinto and Managing Director, Madam Grace Pinto, who with their farsighted vision are relentlessly working to create unparalleled standards of education across the globe.
